Tucked inside Pointe Orlando, The Agave Room is a private venue built to be shaped around your event. Gold ring chandeliers, white paneled walls and a black open ceiling give you a clean, modern backdrop, whether you’re hosting a convention reception, a product launch or a wedding celebration.
Every rental includes tables, ghost chairs, linens, a movable bar and built-in AV. Your dedicated event coordinator helps you plan the layout, timeline and details from first inquiry to last call.

Our team keeps a selection of in-house tablescape upgrades, including specialty linens, chargers, colored glassware, napkins and centerpieces. Looking for something specific? We’ll help you source florals, decor and specialty rentals from trusted local vendors.
Upgrades are available for an additional fee and are quoted as part of your custom proposal.
Choose from our preferred caterers, including Foodie Catering, 4 Rivers Catering and Arthur’s Creative Events & Catering.
Our bar team handles the drinks, with packages from beer and wine to premium spirits, plus consumption bar, cash bar and bottled wine service.
